Medical Cannabis Is More Than THC: Inside Highly Rooted’s Medical Collection

When people think about medical cannabis, potency is often the first thing that comes to mind. But the products themselves can differ in a lot more ways than just the number on the label.

Highly Rooted’s medical collection includes small-batch edibles, RSO-based chocolates and tinctures, multi-cannabinoid choices, and topical products in different strengths and formats. Each one is made differently, and understanding those differences can make the medical menu a lot easier to navigate.

Edibles With a Homemade Side

Several products in Highly Rooted’s medical collection take familiar treats and offer them in a medical cannabis treat.

Our Medical English Toffee is made from Michelle’s cherished family recipe and features a distinctive ingredient imported from England. Each piece contains 50 mg THC. The Medical Molasses Cookies and Medical Peanut Butter Cups are also rooted in family recipes, with the cookies featuring warm molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, and the peanut butter cups pairing creamy peanut butter with milk chocolate.

The medical edible lineup also includes Raspberry White Chocolate Melts, with 20 mg THC per piece, offering another option for patients looking at different portion sizes and package configurations.

Single-Cannabinoid and Multi-Cannabinoid Formulations

Not every medical product is formulated the same way. Some products in the collection, including our English Toffee, Molasses Cookies, Peanut Butter Cups, and Raspberry White Chocolate Melts, are THC-focused products.

Others combine multiple cannabinoids in specific ratios. Medical Harmony Mints contain equal amounts of THC and CBD and are available in two strengths: 10 mg THC and 10 mg CBD per piece, or 20 mg THC and 20 mg CBD per piece. Both use an even 1:1 formulation. Medical Snoozemint RSO Chocolates use a different formulation, combining THC, CBD, and CBN. Each piece contains 40 mg THC, 40 mg CBD, and 20 mg CBN.

The point isn’t that one formulation is automatically better than another. It’s that medical cannabis products can be built very differently, even when they come in similar forms.

Medical Cannabis Doesn’t Have to Be an Edible

Chocolate, cookies, and confections make up part of the medical collection, but they aren’t the only options.

Highly Rooted also offers medical tinctures, including Snoozemint RSO Tincture and Harmonic Mint RSO Tincture.

The Snoozemint tincture contains equal amounts of THC, CBD, and CBN, with 80 mg of each cannabinoid per 1 mL serving. The Harmonic Mint tincture uses a 1:1 THC-to-CBD formulation, with 40 mg THC and 40 mg CBD per 1 mL serving.

Tinctures offer a different format from traditional edibles, giving patients another way to compare products based on formulation, concentration, and how they prefer to incorporate cannabis into their routine.

The medical collection also includes Soothing Seas Salve Sticks, a topical format made with equal amounts of THC and CBD.

Soothing Seas is available in two strengths: one containing 600 mg THC and 600 mg CBD, and another containing 1,200 mg THC and 1,200 mg CBD. Both use a blend of nourishing oils and butters in a mess-free stick designed for simple, targeted application.

Topicals are a good reminder that cannabis products don’t all need to be eaten, swallowed, smoked, or vaporized. Product format is another important part of understanding what’s available.
