Got Lighting?
Good, even lighting is great, so we can clearly see their features and coloring, even if it’s a little dark -that’s okay! We can make some adjustments on our end.
Original Photos Only Please!
Original photos are much better than screenshots or social media downloads, and no AI photos of your pets. Don’t worry about having a professional photo. A clear phone photo works perfectly. We would prefer to see your pet in their natural beauty.
Clear & Front-Facing
A clear photo of your pet’s face. Front-facing is best—look toward the camera whenever possible! Sideways is OK too in some shots; we know some pets are more camera-shy!
We Like to See Their Face
Please skip clothing, costumes, toys, blankets, hands, or other objects in front of them - we want to see your pet!
